Getting started

• Drawing with someone: open Profile and share your invite link, or send them your code. When they open the link or enter the code, the two of you are paired and can draw on the same canvas.
• Drawing on your own: Practice in Brush to Brush works without anybody else. Pick a painting and try to beat your own best.

Common questions

• An invite link opens the website instead of the app. Make sure the app is installed and up to date, then open the link from Messages or Notes rather than typing it into the browser. If it still opens the website, the code is on the page - enter it in the app under Profile.
• I do not get notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Bogil in your phone's settings and switched on in Profile → Settings in the app.
• My score in Brush to Brush feels low. Start with big areas of colour in the right places; fine outlines barely count. The score appears once enough of the canvas is painted.
• I want to pair with somebody else. Profile → leave your current pair. Everything you drew stays in your Book.

• Deleting it: Profile → Delete account, inside the app. If you cannot get in, see the account deletion page.

Reporting a problem

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. The model of your phone and roughly when it happened help a lot. If someone is using Bogil to bother you, write to us and we will act on it.
